High Protein Bowl
The High Protein Bowl is tasty and satisfying and absolutely perfect if you want to eat healthy. It is presented by white rice, black beans, two different types of chicken, red chili salsa, cheese and shredded romaine lettuce. I found a lot of protein, carbohydrate and fiber in this bowl.
The double chicken and black beans give the body adequate protein and the white rice formed the basis of carbohydrates. The red chili salsa, cheese, and lettuce provide the yummies and flavor making the bowl good to eat.
